Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actress who has received critical recognition for her talent. Sagittarius. She was born at the age of 3 in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She is one of the three youngest children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a parachutist.
