Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast and a captain for The US women's Olympic gymnastics 2012 Fierce Five team and in 2016. the Final Five. At the 2012 Olympics in London she was awarded gold medals for team and floor competitions and bronze for the balance beam. As a result, she became the first American in the Olympics with the highest amount of medals. She won the gold for team in the 2016 Olympics that was her as well as Gabby Douglas the first Americans to win back-to-back golds. Additionally, she took home two silver medals in the floor exercise and the individual all-around. Between the two Olympics she had taken an absence from competitive gymnastics for three years. Additionally, she was part of gold-winning American teams in two World Championships. She began her gymnastics training when she was just two years old and is a fan of exercises on the floor. Aly is a supporter for the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation to honor her mother, who passed away from cancer. She is planning to pursue the field of fashion, and is looking to increase her leotard line as well as socks in the future. She's writing a book entitled Fierce that will be released at the end of this year.
